I would give seller a zero star. They asked me to give them specific sizes for my child which i did. They sent wrong size. I asked them to give me refund. They refused. I paid over £180 pounds. All gone and no dress. I would not recommend

Despite conversation with the seller requesting a bigger size shoe with my babies christening outfit etc my item was sent out anyway. They went out of there to entertain my conversation but when the item was delivered. Rude customer services. Just there to take your money.

Dress was to small asked if I could change your bigger size was told I can’t as dresses are made to order this was clearly not as it was dispatched the day after ordering was offered money of a new dress point being I didn’t want to spend that much money just wanted a straight exchange

Never got my dress! I ordered it 2 weeks and days before my daughter’s baptism, and still till this day, the delivery status says it will get here soon. I contacted the seller; she did reply saying she would do her best but never was able to get in contact with the shipping company! So I called the shipping company (UPS) and said that she had never replied to approve the distribution of the item, so apparently, it stayed in clearance. The last message I told her about the dress was that I needed a dress ASAP; I was willing to pay for express delivery, but she said no, I can’t help you with that; just keep the dress if it gets there, and I’m going to refund your money, and she has not done either. How sad and disappointed this is!

Really disapointed with the Poor service

The dress was beautiful they send it in the most cheapest box it came damaged the dress and everything had to send it to the cleaners to get it clean the quality of it was good I was just disappointed of how they send it and it came dirty because if they put it in a cheap box of course is going to be throwing around and to top it off where I’m located it was a storm of rain and thunder wrote to them gave me a lame excuse.

Dress was rip now I have to find something else for my daughter party

Got the wrong size . Cheap.
